Scope of Project: AOF conducted an extensive research program and determined that a new structure had to be added to augment the existing structure. In addition, the exterior façade, which was decaying, needed a totally new treatment. AOF took the new corporate prototype and molded it to the existing space while updating the pre-existing building's infrastructure. AOF provided Architectural Design, Space Planning, Structural Engineering as well as the securing of all required permits.
