Assignment: A pre-existing family-run operation desired to relocate from NYC’s meat packing district to Brooklyn’s cooperative food market. The challenge AOF faced was to analyze existing equipment and operations and tailor it to the specifics of their new facility with a great deal of equipment required removal and relocation. Additionally the product flow was a major planning component with the new space. With a great AOF plan in place and all the components transitioned perfectly to the new space with the whole assignment going exactly as planned.
